Let’s set some ground rules. For one thing, this is only 21x22 = 462 bytes. This is less than half the 40x24 = 960 bytes left for the Apple’s text mode, but I’m assuming it’s still going to be oddly spread over a 1kiB page, because of the need to refresh DRAM.
